I have been working in the real estate industry for almost 10 years. After leaving my first job of 7 years at McDonalds, I started as a trainee on Reception, completing my Certificate III in Business Adminstration and my Real Estate registration with the REIQ. This is where I learnt and maintained the importance of customer service. Customer service is a broad term which includes, friendliness, professionalism and courtesy and is very important when you are the first face the public see when they walk through a business' door. I became the "Director of First Impressions".
I then moved into a Sales Support role for the top selling agent for my office, where I learnt to multi task and meet deadlines. This role taught me the importance of accurancy and time management. Without these qualities, people's opinions and recommendations of not only myself, but the brand can be jeopardised.
And lastly I moved into Property Management, which has given me a broader knowledge of all aspects of real estate. This is a challenging role, day in and out, but a rewarding one. Everyday I am learning and growing, bettering myself to help my landlords and tenants through any situation. Now being a home owner, myself I understand completely what it means to have an asset.
With a pro active attitude and drive, I am always looking to reach that next goal!
